With Brooks Court Reporting’s remote deposition services, you can depose your witnesses and experts in other locations from the safety of your own office.
One of the aspects of remote depositions that can be a bit cumbersome is managing exhibits.
To streamline this process so it is more efficient for you, we are combining the use of AgileLaw and Zoom for remote depositions. AgileLaw is designed for depositions, and their exhibit sharing technology makes the process much easier than other options.
Within AgileLaw, the individual designated as the lead counsel may upload exhibits during the deposition when they want to and then choose when they want to display them. No participant will view the exhibit unless the lead counsel displays it. The exhibits may also be marked during the deposition with AgileLaw. Attorneys and participants do not need an account with AgileLaw or Zoom. All remote depositions with Brooks Court Reporting will be utilizing our accounts.
At the end of the deposition, we will download and distribute the exhibits with the transcript as normal.
Brooks will handle all of the setup with AgileLaw and Zoom, including making sure you and all participants know how to join and utilize the software for the deposition. Each participant will be able to join from their personal devices at their home or at their office. Our team will walk you through all the steps and answer any questions.
